Fraudsters to the fullest
Opened a LLC. They despite the paperwork saying they are not be a registered agent or use their mailing address chose to put themselves as both.
I clearly did not select this option for the added fees and clearly put I my information in the spots on the form. Called them... you wont get return calls and if you do it is telling you they will charge you more money. End result I contacted the state directly, they are changing it for me for a small fee and I called my credit card company and got a refund for them since the services requested were never provided.
Spiegel and Uterera aka Amerilawyer are the biggest frauds you could come across. RUN...

I think they are now running a Security company. Called Security Consultants of New York, 295 Broadway, New York 11211.
In march 2021 they contacted me for an interview. On the phone they asked that I bring in 166.00 for paperwork that they have to do. Ended up paying 295.00 that included the 8hr class only. Just received a call today from Wendy, Consultants of New York, She asked me for the same thing to bring 166.00.
I'm already out of 295.00 and still haven't gotten the job.
Beware. I thought they were calling to follow up.

Natalia is great. She’s busy but she always gets back to me.
Maybe not as fast as I would like but being a paralegal I know what they go through behind the scenes. She’s always apologizing for her delayed responses but the actual work and filings are always done properly. I have no real complaints that would warrant a refund.
Staff is a little immature but good help is hard to find. It doesn’t bother me enough to pay more elsewhere.

Sounds like a question for the Secretary if State office not S&U. I do agree that the receptionist seem a little inexperienced and they do annoy me a little.
However, I understand that receptionist poisons are entry level so I don’t expect them to be the most knowledgeable or professional.
They are young girls probably fresh out of school. All in all I have filed 4 LLCs and I have no complaints about the Attorneys

Their Mistake - Your Fault and Your Money
I filled out the form to form a FL LLC. They COPIED the information and in the process misspelled the last name.
I had a problem when trying to open a bank account since the Florida Corporation registry by the Department of State, that lists the corporate officers, did not match my last name on my driver's license. I called AMERYLAWYER and was told that it would be $450 to correct their mistake. They knew it was their mistake.
I spoke with at least two people and received the same result: pay us and we fix the mistake ( that we made). I filed my own correction and it cost me less than $100.
